OVERVIEW
This course is the foundation for the Microsoft Certificate MB-910 “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)”. It focuses on the various apps which make up the Dynamics 365 CRM apps: Customer Insights; Sales; Customer Service; and Field Service, as well as how they can be used by other programs, apps and services.
There are regular quizzes along the way to support and consolidate learning.
On completion, you will have an introductory knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CRM apps and the capacity of the different apps. You may wish to take the official Microsoft certification MB-910.

WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
No prior knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM apps is required. You will be shown how to access a free trial of the Dynamics 365 CRM apps.
Previous experience with spreadsheets is desirable.
Windows 7 SP1 or above. Other machines require an internet browser – preferably Chrome or Edge – to access most of the apps used in this course.
